Domestic Dwellings & Equine Thermography

A thermal survey of a family home with up to four bedrooms costs £60 plus 40 pence per mile travel expenses.  No VAT will be charged.  The thermal survey will take about an hour during which advice on heat loss reduction and the availability of insulation grants can be given. Commercial Premises

A thermal survey will be charged at a minimum of £60 per hour plus travel expenses.  No VAT will be charged. REAP staff will enquire about the size of the building and the problems / issues involved.  A written quotation will then be given.

Copies of the IR images taken and a written analysis of the anomalies found are included in the estimate.

Standards & Qualifications

The camera operators are CIS certified thermographers and trained in building thermography. BSRIA best practice guidelines for thermal inspections of building envelopes are followed.
